1.1 Account Security

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the ooktk support team immediately. The user is responsible for any transactions carried out as a result of unauthorised use.

ooktk supports the following payment methods only: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank and Islami Bank).

2.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.

2.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount for each method is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Minor delays may occur due to server load or technical reasons.

2.3 Verification

For large withdrawal amounts, ooktk may carry out additional identity verification. The user must ensure that the withdrawal account is registered in their own name.

ooktk offers promotional deals from time to time. Each offer has specific terms, and users must comply with them.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive up to a 200% bonus of ৳15,000 on their first deposit. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount applies (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing earnings from the bonus.

3.3 General Bonus Rules

• One welcome bonus applies to one account, one time only.
• The specified wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any earnings from the bonus.
• Misuse of bonuses (for example, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts) is strictly prohibited.
• ooktk reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

The following rules must be followed while playing games on ooktk:

• Playing games or placing bets using any software, bots, scripts, or automated methods is prohibited.
• Attempting to gain an advantage by exploiting technical errors or bugs will result in account closure.

4.1 Sports Betting

ooktk offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. All decisions relating to betting markets will be considered final, unless clear evidence of a technical error is found.

ooktk's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on active participation on the platform. ooktk reserves the final right to determine and change VIP tier status.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on ooktk. Violating these rules will result in the permanent closure of the account and funds may be forfeited:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Fraud, deception, or causing harm to other users.
• Hacking, phishing, or any unauthorised technical activity.
• Attempting to gain bonus benefits by using multiple accounts.
• Any action intended to harm the platform's systems or other players.
• Operating an account on behalf of, or for the use of, minors.

ooktk believes that gaming is a recreational activity and should be enjoyed responsibly. The platform should never be considered a reliable source of income.

• Users can set their own deposit limits.
• The option to take a temporary break or self-exclude the account is available.
